I've had thing pimple like thing in my upper lip that just doesnt go away, its been over 4 months that its still there. Its painless , its like under the skin. You cant even notice that its there unless you look close. Its not poping out( regular outline of my lips) just this weird pimple like thing. I sqeezed it before and it made it worst, then it went back to the pimp-like stage. I have cold sores since i can remember but this doesnt go away
