Hello.
I'm 20 years and heard that it's about old and just this night I did a check on my testicles where I actually found something unusual.
I have a lump or something on the top of my testicle. The back part of it is attached to the testicle, and the other isn't.
It basically feels like a short worm shaped lump that is attached to my testicle. So I can gently push it and it'll bend backwards a bit.
It's kind of hard to explain, so I made a really simple photoshop pic of the general idea of what it feels like.
The red spot is the part of my concern.
I was thinking of getting it checked as soon as I can,
but at the same time I'm nervous cause I don't want some random person to grab at my private parts.
And since I'm not an expert of human anatomy I'd like to ask the internet for help first.

Hi there! I'm not an expert either but you can maybe read about Epididymitis. Epididymitis is a medical condition in which there is inflammation of the epididymis. The epididymis typically sits directly on top of the testis. You should probably get it checked by an urologist. I hope this helps.

My testicles as all have different sizes, and this is on the larger one, and the other one is smaller so it's harder to feel if there is anything around because of the skin.
But I just felt it was a small lump like the one on the larger one as well. So that could mean it's just an inflammation then? It's just an infection and it wears off after a while?
I've considered to wait over the weekend to see if there is any change. If not, I'll go to the doc. Unless you guys know what it could be?
