I had an abortion 4 months ago but after the abortion i still felt the syptoms of the pregnancy and later found out that the doctor had left products in me so he later gave me the pills after notifying me of that. I took one pill and bled heavily for 3 weeks straight but the test still came back positive. Now i am always hungry, feeling sleepy and my belly and abdomen is very tough and hurts me. What exactly could be going on?

The first thing i would do would be to find another doctor. This happened to me, as i had an abortion when was 16. Product of conception was still there and i got very sick. A D&C was done with 2 follow ups within a month of each other.
Was this a reputable physician? See someone else and explain to him/her what is going on. If it's something that could have been prevented or if it was a neglect of some sort, i would be back at the first doctors office for sure with all my gripes.
