I am surprised to read these posts because I am one of them. I have an inguinal hernia (untesticle) on the right side since I was born. My normal testicle become so small, maybe a grape. My untesticle's size is probably a little normal which is still in my groin. Sigh! I'm 42, white, small frame, short, 120 pounds, and I look still young (like 20), smile. I am still worried about a cancer if I leave it alone. I had two heart surgeries in the past. I wish that my doctor would fix my hernia at the same surgery, but I was too sick at that time.

When I was 15 years old, I bought a condom for my pleasure. Next day, my testicle got infected so badly. I went to the doctor to look at it. I was embarrassed to have a young female nurse to do ultrasound on it because I was 15 and too hairy on pubic (gee, no sh*t). I don't remember what medicine that I took to prevent the infection.

The second time I bought a condom one year later, I was so mad that I got another infection when I was freshman in college. This time was worsen. I lost about 90 percent of sperm on my normal testicle. It really bothers me about the condom. The condom must be so toxic chemical. I madly can't believe it. My untesticle is somewhat small, but it produces some sperms. I, a sort of, don't care about the sperm, but I was told that it is very important for to have the sperm in order for men to produce the hormones. Without the hormones, it causes a cancer period. Now, I was told (some articles) that we should ejaculate once a while to keep it function normally. I do that in three or four times a month. Yeah, it makes me feel pretty good.

I am thinking about the hernia surgery this fall. I am so afraid of the pain from the surgery, and it might be a cancer some day. I never met any young men in person who has the same problem. I do like women and some normal men, but I prefer a woman. Well, I like some men because of the testicles, but I am not crazy about it and rather not kiss men. I bet that you would do the same thing for your own reason. I need a support from you and tell us anything you want to say. Thanks.

Hi webworld,
You have mentioned that you had two heart surgeries. What did your doctor told you about your hernia? Did he suggested the surgery for hernia?

You have mentioned once that you were really sick and you couldn't do it then. Why didn't you reschedule it for another time?

Hi dark_red

I wish that my doctor would fix my hernia. I was too sick and too weak to ask him. I had staph infection in my heart. After my surgery, I was surprised and disappointed to see a long scar on my upper leg - it was for a heart bypass. The scar was so close to my groin. It would be nice that the doctor would fix it in the same surgery.

I was told that my cardiologists only repairs on patients' heart, not other parts in the body. The scar on my leg is from another specialist in the surgery. It seems to me that all doctors are too busy with their patients, and they can't have both ways to fix them.

You are right - I don't know why I did not ask my doctor in my first surgery when I was 14 years old. I think I was too shy to ask him in front of my family in the patient room. It was kind of dumb for me not to ask my doctor about it.

Do you know someone who has an untesticle used a condom. Did he ever get an infection from the condom?

Hi Webworld,
No I don't know anybody who has an untesticle.

Cardiovascular surgeon can not fix your hernia, because he only does the heart surgeries. However if your heart surgery was risky procedure I don't think they would do you hernia surgery that time. They would reschedule it for next time.
Try to talk to your doctor about your hernia and see what he has to say about it.

Keep us posted on this.

All the best
