I was diagnosed with pcso 10 yrs ago when i first started my period i think i had one or two an then it dissapppeared for about a yr and a half i now have regular periods once a month not always at the same time but it always comes never the less. In every artical i read about PCSO it says that it will make you have irregular periods or none at all how comes i have a period every month but still dont manage to conceive can you hav a period without ovulating?
Yes, unfortunately, despite not ovulating, you can still have a period because all a period is is the shedding of your uterine lining so you can even have regular periods for that matter. Have you talked to your doctor about it to see if there's something you can do about not having periods since obviously this is causing you some distress? Please keep us posted on whatever you decide to do, okay?
