I have this child with PDA,the doctors recommended her for surgical operation.BUt I've searched the web for survey about survival and mortality rate of this chd and yet there's none. Now my mind is clouded with doubts on what to do considering the fact that my child is so normal if you look at  her only that her heartbeating has murmurs.I want to see a concrete basis of the doctors why they recommended a surgical operation.Their explanation is only that one day my child MIGHT suffer endocarditis. With the word might, then recommend for operation? Is this because of the amount packaged for the surgery?
