Constant headaches and occasional black dots in vision

hi guys

I've had nearly constant headaches for about a month now, they tend to be dull and make my head feel heavy. I have had headaches for years, but only ever one or two in a week. Since the headaches started, I have started feeling quite depressed sometimes but I'm usually happy.

I've only had the black dots about 5 times in the last 3 months, but when it happens there are lots and I can barely see. I think the majority were only in one eye, but a few in the other.

I have also been feeling more tired than usual and I often get dizzy and a slight bit of blurry vision and ringing in my ears

I haven't been to the doctors yet, I'm waiting for your feedback before I tell anyone, in case it isn't important

I'm kinda freaking out, so please reply asap!
