I am a 39 year old male
For the past 2-3 months I have been suffering with continual irritation/pain in my penis.
This is the second time I have had this - 24 months ago I had a similar experience which cleared up after a while. I have also suffered with chronic epididymitis in the past.
At first I thought this might have been an STI but I have had several urine (first stream and mid stream) tests as well as a blood test and all have come back negative.
I have also now completed three courses of different antibiotics - none of which have made any difference.
I have just started myself on ibuprofen twice a day(400mg) to try and control the pain - they have helped - but I know that the problem is still there.
I have not made love to my wife in weeks and masturbation has also stopped. When I do get and erection and dribble a little semen, this stings even more. The passing of urine however does not seem to sting.
I am trying to drink more water, but this does not seem to make any difference or help.
I am at a loss as what to do/try next save find a Urologist .... any ideas?
I just want to know what this is and what can / should be done - it really is getting me down.

I don't know what your condition could be, but when I'm at a loss for what to do (nothing will stop it, doctors won't help), I go to a homeopath or naturopath. I have had great success with them. You might want to try that.
