Hello,
So just as a background: I have one partner that I've been sexually active with for about 2 years now. We are in a monogamous relationship, though I know that a doctor may still doubt it, he's not the type of person to cheat.
Given that, I have had sex with out a condom with him.
I will occasionally get a zit in my genital region, which I freaked out about once and went to the doctor and they said it was nothing to worry about (with out actually testing it). But about 2 weeks ago I had a zit, and about 1 week ago the zit formed into more of a blister. The blister is the same color of my skin and doesn't hurt, even if I touch it. I know that you'll say I need to see a doctor, but I won't be able to for another couple of days and by then it will probably be gone. I'm planning on getting tested for it anyway when I get an appointment but I wanted to know, what are the major differences between herpes and a normal blister? i.e. Skin color/ pain/ after it pops/ healing, etc?
