I am 17 years old... Almost 18 my voice has deepened a lot, i have hair everywhere except my chest and face but yet my penis is still only around 4" erect. Will it grow anymore and if it will how much longer will it take because I'm sexually active and litterally embarassed to take my pants off. I am 6' 3" and weigh around 300lbs... could my weight have anything to do with my small penis??

Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
But, yes, your weight could have something to do with it. Do you notice any fat around your penis? It most definitely can make your penis appear smaller.
Your size IS big enough to please a woman however. It's what you do with it that counts. The nerves in the vagina are near the outer edge, not deep inside. Don't be embarrassed. No woman that you are close enough with to be having sex should ever say anything. You wouldn't make comments about her now would you?
Average for an adult male is about 5 - 5 1/2".
