I been having these symptoms lately tiredness and fatigues, sometimes even nausea. I am 56 years old male and I know it is time for me to retire, but I work a lot and I guess that is the main reason. My wife thinks that it is a symptom of heart condition. Could this be my heart or something else?

Tiredness and fatigue could be symptom of heart condition. It happens because the heart can't pump enough blood to meet the needs of body tissues, so the body diverts blood away from less vital organs, particularly muscles in the limbs, and sends it to the heart and brain. People who experience heart failure often feel tired all the time and have difficulty with everyday activities, such as shopping, climbing stairs, carrying groceries….

For about 2 years I have had weakness in the legs when walking and also shortage of breath when climbing stairs. I have no energy and having overall weakness. Could this be a heart issue, lung problem or brain problem?
