Well if you think I should be eating more/less could you create like a diet plan saying what I should eat each day and what exercise I should do. Just to let you know I do tae kwon do on Monday from 7-9, I do school p.e on Tuesday from 11-11:30, tae kwon do again on Friday from 7-8 and p.e from 2-3:30. Any help would be great:)
