Well, it could get serious. I would suggest you to see a doctor. Penis cracking could be due to dry foreskin, or due to too much stretching of the foreskin, which resulted in foreskin cracks.
The biggest problem with these cracks is that they can get infected. If this happens, the cracks could turn into painful sores that would take a lot of time to heal. They may bleed as well.
Pay a visit to an urologist to see what has caused the cracking (if you don’t know already) and to find a way to prevent infection and treat the problem.
