cramping, spotting could it be eptopic

So I had unprotected sex 5 days ago we both came at the same time at the clinic they said my chances of getting pregnant are 90%-10% they did a test it was neg I'm supposed to get my period next week the 2nd but on the 5th day I started bleeding not much just light not like always on my first day I threw up on the 4th day and I'm getting cramps and smelling stuff I shouldn't I don't know what to make of this they also asked at the clinic am I on my period I said no did do the test for any sickness came neg
