Hi! I have problem with crappy sleep. I don’t know what. I wake up in some impropriate time. Everybody sleep, I am wake. It is horrible. Can anyone any suggestions. this terrible!

Hi! I had same problem. I resolve it. I changed my sleeping schedule. Now I'm to bed at about 12pm and getting up at 8 am. Stay a wake and don’t go early in bed. If you did that you will resolve your sleeping problem. I wish you a best.
