My son was on 60 mg Cymbalta for about 2 and 1/2 months when it had destabilized him to the point that he asked his P-doc how to get off safely.  His P-doc told him to take 30s for 7 days then stop.  About 5 or 6 days later he trashed his apartment in a rampage, went for a drive, and died in a fatal accident. Was it the Cymbalta withdrawal?
