Hoping someone can be of assistance. I've been on 90mg of Cymbalta for just about 6 years and have finally begun tapering off the drug. I went from 90mg to 60mg last Thursday and I feel horrible....brain zaps, horrific, pounding headache that no amount of Advil will help, nausea and loss of appetite. Any OTC meds that will help these symptoms? I'm really struggling.
