Hi! I also have a noncomunicating hydrocele and I am actually very puzzled by the information I ran into. First, I heard that noncomunicating hydroceles are left alone to be observed if not causing any trouble to see if it were going to be reabsorbed by the body. I mean, mine is not causing any trouble except that it is present.
Then, I hear that in adults an aspiration should be performed but it is not effective as there is a risk of fluid recurrence and an infection, so I have no idea what to think.
