Hi. over the course of the last few years i had gotten a cyst on the inside of my butt cheek. I didnt know what it was at the time and thought it was a pimple since i had never had one before and it grew and ended up popping.. im not all that comfortable talking about it but i dont know what else to do.. i have since had many more and the same thing happened they can be veryy painful. but they leave purple bruises and they dont go away. is there anything i can do to get rid of them or minimize the bruising? it is very embarrassing when i have intercourse with my boyfriend it makes me self concious.

It's probably just from sweat or irritation.
Try to keep the area clean and dry.
Those medicated powders like Gold Bond do a good job of preventing pimples in those areas.

While you should be washing often due to the issue, powder will hardly help. See a dermatologist. I know it's embarassing but they can help. In the mean , time I'd use warm baths, a cleanser with peroxide in it, and plain peroxide washes for itching.
