My dad has pseudomonas infection and has had surgery to clean out the infection and been treated with antibiotics for three weeks post surgery. After about 2-3 being off antibiotics he is now developing redness to the incision and lots of pain. Appears the infection is still there. How long does it take to treat? And to what extent?
