Dark discolored discharge and I'm freaking out!

I'm freaking out a bit. I got off my period four days ago and there was no spotting or anything. Today I have been having dark discharge that could almost look like i'm still on my period with a very light flow. But it shouldn't still be my period right? I am sexually active but there aren't any other signs of something being wrong now. No bad odor, it doesn't hurt when i pee, and my urine isn't discolored or cloudy. So what is it? Please help!
