I am 20 years old and few days ago I’ve found some dark spots over my genital area. Especially it develops around my foreskin. I didn’t have sex lately so I don’t understand what’s wrong. I would like to get conclusive answer because for me this is big cause of concern. It’s making me feel low and I’m afraid of getting into relationship.
I have to disappoint you and say I’m afraid you will not get wanted conclusive answer. The reason is very simple, and that’s until we get video pictures along with the written description, it’s impossible to give right and definitive diagnosis. All I can say it’s unlikely to be anything serious or abnormal. Skin pigmentation is intense and on penis but especially over foreskin. It’s nothing to be worried about but if that makes you big problem maybe you should see your doctor. He will say if that’s really just pigmentation or maybe that could be and something else. Probably it’s nothing dangerous but is more cosmetic problem. I understand that can be very embarrassing with new sexual partner. Surgery is one way that you may get rid of them. Your GP will need to refer you to a dermatologist or surgeon.
