I'm in excrutiating pain, i'm blowing through my liquid pain medication like its nothing. I just got a refill sunday and now I almost need another one. I think I have a fever but don't have a thermometer. I was just saying yesterday oh this isnt so bad and all of a sudden last night it got to the point where I cant even open my jaw hardly. I can barely drink. I'm miserable. This is by far the worst day
