Are you on any medications? Is your urine cloudy after ejaculation?
You may have retrograde ejaculation. Your semen goes into the bladder instead of out the urethra. It can indicate a prostate problem.
See your urologist.
I take pain meds, I have for a while and was able to ejaculate without any problem then it just stopped coming out. I have seen a urologist and prostate was good.
It may be a side effect of the pain meds. What are they?
