im 18 and i weigh 165. i am in desperate need. i have been working at weight loss for ever. i saw a doctor and lost 5 pounds(on metformi) and then he went to jail for malestation, and i gained 5 pounds back. i was borderline for a thyroid problem, it runs in my family as well as pcos. i dont have any problems though. for the past 2 years all i think about is weight. i am very dediacted and willing. i eat very healthy and not too much(5 small meals) and excersise(cardio 5 days a week(30 min)). people smoke and drink, and its not healthy, i dont care how i do this, i know it sounds bad to say. but i just want to lose weight and keep it off. i have seen a psychic, i will be living a long life. point being. i dont care if i do this in a unhealthy way. i wish this came as easy as school, all my friends are soooo skinny and think im fine. PLEASE. i justwent on genaslim. we dont have any good endroncologists close, i need help. i am a veggetarian. I eat eggs, fruit and veggies, some dairy. **********or comment here...

If you have a weight problem I can help , that is why I am here to help people and maybe be helped. Get your mind right first and don't worry about anything. Start by eating a variety of foods, like fish, vegetable, salads, with no soft drinks, sweets or bread, Drink grapefruit juice about twice a week before bed. This must be followed every day for a month. Then at the end of a month, you can pick a day a week preferably the same day of ther week and eat just aboput any thing you want. Every one is different of course, but I have been there and I know. Then the other 6 days a week go back to eating the regular things I have suggested. If you follow this to a t and do not drift from this I can almost guarantee you to lose weight.
