Hello,
I have a problem. I have a constant feeling of haziness that I can't seem to get rid of. I tried everything, well, not everything, but I tried several medications and nothing seems to help me. I am also suffering from depression and I am somehow sure that my depression is what is causing this feeling of haziness. It just makes me dizzy most of the time and I often feel like I am going to collapse. Does anyone know any way of how could I fight against this, how could I stop this bad feeling, it is awful, I have to do something about it.

Hello Alessia,
This is something that is quite normal when you are suffering from depression. Well, I don't think that it would be normal for it to be happening all the time but from time to time, yes.
I don't know how could you make this go away. There are probably some teas and medications which could help, but I don't know which ones. I would recommend that you always go with natural remedies rather than medications, take my advice on this. You should talk to your doctor and tell him to recommend you something for treating this, he will know the best about what can help you with this.

Hi Alessia,
I agree with Gaia regarding the thing she said about visiting your doctor. He will know the best what to do. I know about this tea that can help you with this, it is a tea made of Valerian herb. It should be able to help you with your depression, it helped a lot of people in their fights against depression and anxiety.
I also agree that you should try with natural remedies first. Medications that are used to treat depression and anxiety make you addicted to them and it is really hard to stop using these medications afterwards.

I appreciate that you took the time to help me here.
I never thought of medications in that way, but I think that you are right. I will go to the pharmacy and ask them about the tea that you have mentioned and I'll see if they agree that it is good for my current condition.
I don't want to go to the doctor yet. Let me try treating this with this tea that you mentioned and if that doesn't work, then I will go to talk to my doctor and I'll take whatever the doctor tells me then.

Hello there.
This is the worst feeling that can happen to someone. It is happening to me as well and sometimes I really don't know what to do about this whole situation. But like others already told you, that is normal when you are depressed. I think that haziness is one of the easier symptoms that we are dealing with when we are having problems with it.
I tired to do a lot of different things because I believed that this will go away, but nothing. It is still here and somehow I have learned to live with haziness.

Good day folks! Those are classical signs of clinical depression. That is just one of the symptom that I am dealing with. It is kind of annoying. What's up with that? Why this happens all the time, I really don't know. I was talking to my doctor about this and I also wanted to know what can I do to prevent this and you know what he told me - whatever I try to do about this, this feeling of haziness it won't go away. But it's bother me because this haziness sometimes catch me while I am driving and I believe that I should stop drive my car because of those things... I don't know...

Yes Guest, I can confirm this. When I was talking to my doctor asking him how this can go away, he told me that whatever I do - eat well, sleep well, exercise - won't help me. It just happens.
I remember that I was running, doing my cardio one day while i was depressed and I had this ugly feeling of haziness. It was not nice, I can tell you.
But if this continues, you really should seek for help and maybe start to use some medications. I am against medications, but they can be helpful in numerous of cases.
