My problem is plain and simple – I am desperate for a candy bar!!! I am in bodybuilding for almost a year now and I am pleased with my muscles, but the problem is I did not loose fat as much as I hoped I did. Now I am on protein diet (only meat, nothing else), and it really works, but I am so craving for sugar, can I do something for that? I am not so thrilled with light fat food, since I know it is not good for health.

When you look at that this way, you must know that meat diet is also not so good for you. It is based on proteins only, which really activates and spends your body fat reserves, but you must know that those carbon hydrates are not the ones your brain needs. I always prefer balanced diets that engage all food groups. They might be slower with results but are safer for health. You are right about light fat diet, they have artificial sugar, which is very heavy for digesting, so liver tends to have problems with it (light Pepsi – aspartame!). Doctors say that aspartame might damage your liver as if you are an alcoholic! Try to complete the diet, since you have begun it already, but in the future, I would advise you to use some other diet.
