How any days does it take to detox using suboxen?
I recently detoxed using suboxone, a friend had some sitting around. It is an INCREDIBLE drug; stay far away from methadone. My suboxone detox looked somthing like this...
Day1: 8mg
Day2: 4mg
Day3: 4mg
Day4: 2mg
Day5: 2mg
Day6: 1mg
Day7: 1mg
This plan worked exceptionally well for me. I felt good on the suboxone, but not so good after stopping it. I was lazy tired but couldn't sleep much for about 3 days, but it was NOTHING like withdrawl, much easier. Im on week 3/4 now and theres no way I coulda done it w/ out the suboxone. I'm still not feeling better yet though... not sleeping well... chills... and nasal drainage problems, but my energy levels are much better. If your serious about quitting... get some suboxone by any means necessary, and taper it off (the lower the dose the slower you reduce it).

I owe Suboxen my life. It is a miracle drug. I do not know how other did it before Suboxen? It is only 3 or 4 years old. and very few doctors are able to prescribe it. When you find the rite doctor and the rite program it is wonderful.
I literally went cold turkey for 2 days. I was taking 450 mg of Oxycontin every day for 3 years.

No more shakes, No more sweating and I no longer had the craving to even be high. I live in a home were my husband has to have his Pain medicine. {Oxycontin} it is kept in the safe, however I do not crave the high therefor I do not think about it. It is a wonder drug. It allowed me to want to get clean. The main reason I stayed addicted was for the simple fact I was afraid of the withdrawals. I felt safe and confident. At one point I had no health ins. I had to pay $500.00 a month for this medicine. I did not care. This enabled me to get sober and stay sober!!!!
