I have just finished my 2 week course in antibotics....not sure if it cured or nearly killed me...was so sick. Now I find that when I eat chocolate, crisps, steak, magonize, cheese...I feel awful. Is there a special diet I should be on ???

Hello,

Being infected with Helicobaxter pylori is no picnic.  This bacterium has a way of protecting itself from stomach acid and damage the stomach lining.  Once you have it, it can be extremely difficult to get rid of.   You might try some yogurt and oatmeal.  Ideally you want foods that won't irritate you stomach as well as items that are easy to digest.  Steak is difficult to digest.  Try some fruits like banana, apple and pears.  You might try some broth for a while and take some olive oil to coat the stomach and protect it.  In other words, let your stomach try to heal.  The bacteria creates ulcerations.
