Hi. I have some complains on diets present on the market these days. I'm 30 year old female and recently both, me and my husband, tried same diet because of our problems with overweight.
I will not tell the name of this diet but, it didn’t help me at all, in contrast to my husband.
Diet helped him a lot and he solved his overweight problem. What could cause this? I'm sure we used the diet it identically because we used it together and we eat the same things.
