are there any alternative medications that can be used for this disease while in the early stages of pregnancy?? as we are told the best thing to do is have an abortion but that is off the cards so we need to know what the next best thing is. are there any drugs that are less likely to cause any problems with the child or are we better off holding of medication until the first trimester is over? we are at 9 weeks as of 2 july 2008. any coments from anyone would be great!
