If you could contact me through email, that would be great . Just looking for more information on your daughters condition and hoping it could help me with my little brother.

Generally everybody experiences this a few times in their life, i have whenever i'm about to wake up from my sleep, i feel like i just suddenly float off my bed and then everything looks far away or sometimes if i wake up unexpectedly everything looks far away. this can be due to being FAR too relaxed, have you tried just getting up and walking about maybe doing some stretching exercises just to get your body gong a little?, it's possible you just get FAR too relaxed, also if your like me and you wake up after about 5 hours of sleep before going back to sleep try getting up, doing some stretches and wiggle your body around for 5 mins before going back to sleep, i like to do this because sleeping makes me super stiff and i get too warm... or so i feel because i get chillblains so my skin can't make heads or tails of temperatures, so i turn on my fan too for a couple mins then just sit and let it blow on me before going back to sleep, seems to help me wake up a tiny bit more refreshed too.

Make judgement free observations (That pillow is red)
Ask yourself how likely your fear is to become reality.
Inhale as deep as you can through your nose while relaxing your shoulders. Hold 4 seconds, exhale slowly through your mouth.
Know that the fear of panic is what perpetuates this mental state, try to focus or stimulate your mind. Read, play video games, ect.

I have the exact same thing. I'm in bed right now and it stopped just a minute ago. It seems like all the objects in my room are tiny and far away even my hand when I stare at it. When I even close my eyes the blackness is tiny if you know what I mean and I can't sleep until my eyes go back to normal it scares me and I don't know what it is

I am now 57 years old and the Alice In Wonderland syndrome has come back. But it doesn't scare me at all. It's been a part of me since I was a child, it's just something that some of us have.
