Doctors told me that there is a spot film on the upper left of my lung and my wbc is elevated

i took may xray last feb4 and after two weeks of waiting they told me that there is a spot film on the upper left of my lung and my white blood cells is more than the normal count. what could be that mean? i am so nervous thinking i coudn't work abroad. the clinic told me to come back for the pending result. pls reply
