Hi. I'm using duromine 15mg since this morning! My first time though. I could very easily follow my low carb eating plan, which was super hard before. It's now supper and with ZERO CRAVINGS I could enjoy an apple and camomile tea. I do breathing exercises as well for an overal sense of wellbeing. I do exercise 30 munits daily: cardio/pilates barre

Only eating apples and apple sauce would have slowed your metabolism and won't help weight-loss, you need proper healthy meals through-out the day. Taking "plenty of laxatives" also really bad because your body looses water that way and your body doesn't like that so it won't work at shedding weight for you because you've drained it's energy and messed up it's digestion cycle, stop using laxatives. Diet pills are mostly fake so don't put any hope into them. Eat regular small meals and decide on an exercise routine that incorporates some cardio and low weight-exercises. Once you are eating enough and not taking laxatives or diet pills (to let your body get on a natural rhythm) then ask your dr about medication for weight-loss.

Hi. I am Duromine for 2 months now, but I haven't lost any weight at all. I am really demotivated now and feel that this could be wasting my time.

Go exercise. Duromine will suppress your hunger and increase metabolism but it won't do anything else unless you get active. and active does not mean going for a walk for 10min. You need to exercise 5 days per week at least 30min each time. Whatever exercise you do is fine as long as you sweat.

You are all wasting your time unless you change 3 things.
1. Exercise - you need to exercise 5 x per week for at least 30min where you actually get to sweat. Walking the dog doesn't count unless you run for 30 min.
2. Change eating hobbits. Eliminate sugar altogether. It is OK in fresh fruits. Reduce carbs and no carbs after 2pm.
3. Stop making excuses - seriously. no more I'm 2 busy or I'm a full time mum (i can say that because I am a full-time dad). You are only kidding yourself and none else. Stand in front of the mirror alone and promise yourself - no more excuses.
Duramine works and it works very well. I have worked with 20+ people who have chosen to take it and had amazing results. but they also implemented the 3 steps above.
There is no MAGIC PILL - and Duramine doesn't claim to be one :-)
I am confident if you implement the 3 points above and assuming you decided to take duramine then loosing weight should be easy.
O yes - get to love exercise. Seriously - because if you don't you will always hate it and find excuses. We have all been there!

I have chronic fatigue and C-PTSD - over the past 2-3 years I have put on 25+ kgs. My step-Dad is a PT and I have always been active and eaten well. I don't do refined sugar, I am allergic to gluten and so am conscious of my eating habits, possibly too much carbs for the fact I'm not hitting the gym like I did before my C-PTSD and fatigue. I have been seeing my Dr for 2 years, have a dietician, exercise on average an hour a day every day. My GP was away earlier this week and the fill in GP looked at all my blood tests and my food and exercise diary and said "this is ridiculous for you, lets use Duromine to re- align all your hormones" I was very worried about the side effects (I already have insomnia issues, a heart condition that causes a racing heart, no appetite - which the dietician has been trying to increase to kick start my metabolism and of course anxitey with the C-PTSD.
I have been on them for 4 days and already lost 1.6 kgs - I have not lost any weight for over 3 years!! Also I am less bloated (everywhere!) I am suffering insomnia (which is pretty normal for me anyway), but it has really helped my chronic fatigue AND I have had an appetite! I am continuing to eat protien at least 5 different times a day and still off refind sugar - I just hope this weight doesn't go back on when I stop.
I have noticed a slight increase in my adrenaline (which I am super conscious of with my anxiety and C-PTSD), but the Dr said this would happen but it would also boost the noradrenaline and norepinephrine levels I am missing, so the funny thing is, my anxiety is higher, but my ability to calm myself is higher too!) mainly I have a dry mouth (which is funny as I already drink lots of water) - I hope this good feeling of energy continues!
