So I'm back. Turns out I measured it wrong. It is 10.5 centimetres, which is 4.1 inches. I'm still 14 but I'm becoming 15 in February. I've definitely started puberty a few years ago (for example, I have armpit and pubic hairs) but it hasn't grown. I've been masturbating less recently, if that helps. Hopefully it starts growing soon.
