Hello to you all! I am hoping some health freaks here can answer a quick question for me. My friend mentioned that soy milk has even more calcium than cow milk. Is this true? I mean, cow milk is so well known for containing calcium that I was pretty surprised really. Please clarify this for me.

I tend to buy two brands of soy milk, which are both GM free, namely Alprosoya and Joya. Both of these are very rich in calcium because it was fortified with calcium, that is - calcium was added to the soy milk. I don't think soy milk would be rich in calcium without that, though. Hope that helps.
