Whey protein shake vs vitamins...? No contest, you eat whey and when your gut recognises it, it's over...for a long time, not all the vitamins in the world are going to help, you'll be down for quite a while, trust me, unless it's a small enough amount and you manage to get away with it. J if you're eating the wrong kind of cheese you need to STOP your experiment now if you're getting tingles from it otherwise you'll cross the line and get lockdown and be gone for a while...do not mess around with it. You'll notice this more the more recovered you are, not so much if you're at 50%.
Don't get me wrong you can eat cheese and yogurt if it's the good stuff with no added whey powder in it used as a filler, then you'll be ok.
I get light numb feelings in my di€k and b:lls sometimes from some foods that don't have any dairy at all but it doesn't last long, it's just the way my system reacts to foods now...
All I'm saying J is be careful, if the cheese is ok you'll get slight reaction maybe but you'll be ok, if it's the wrong stuff you'll notice a drop off soon if you keep taking it for the next few days if you're at 80% now. But if you're at 50% you may not notice it as much but you'll hold yourself at 50% for longer. First time I got set back from "options hot chocolate" I took berocca (Vitamin B drink) for a long time afterwards but it didn't help, why? Set back was too severe, amount of whey consumed was too much, I got a flare up and numb d;ck came out of remission...

Me too, 80% for a long time, A and J, vitamins or no vitamins you lads will cross the line, could be a few months or nearly a year, vitamins or no vitamins you will recover but I cannot stress to you guys enough be CAREFUL what you eat. I can't write much at the moment am busy but I will text next week why I think more so this is something to do with immune system and our bodies causing this reaction, keep safe have a good weekend!!!

You could eat them 3 days in a row and be ok, then eat it a forth day, then wake up on the fifth day with your libido gone...

Before I got second set back I was eating a chicken bagette every morning for i’d say over a year and a half. There was breaded chicken in it, coleslaw and grated cheese. I checked the website where the deli got the cheese from and it said on the ingredients on the website that it was cheddar and mozerella and that was it, although it was the cheap kind. Then for about 6 days in a row I started to buy the same cheese from the deli in a container and bring it home in the afternoon put it on two slices of bread in the afternoon and melt the cheese under the grill. I never did this before only when I was a kid with proper block cheddar cheese. It would burn (go black) very quick unlike proper cheese and a kind if a clear juice came out of it too. I had recovered and libido and erections were good and normal as they should be. After two or three days into this I noticed some evenings my erections would get weak and the glands in my neck would swell a little and start to tingle but the following morning or late that night id be ok. From when this happened I ate the melted cheese on toast for probably another two days or so, then woke up one morning and libido was set way back and so was my erection capability. I was unbelievably p/ssed off. I took another look at the cheese website but this time it said that there was cheddar, mozerella, vegetable oil and whey powder in the cheese. The thing is is that I’m pretty much 100% sure that the cheese had never changed from when I was eating it at first only that the website didn’t write the true ingretients on the list the first time I looked. What I recon is is that when the cheese wasn’t melted my body couldn’t recognise the whey as easily so the reaction didn’t set in, plus it was mixed up with a load of chicken, bread and coleslaw so this too made it harder to detect. Then when more cheese was eatin on its own and melted it separated more with the heat of the grill and the whey powder in it became more obvious to the gut...and so came the set back.
For this reason I believe this is an immune sytem reaction. I did a small bit of research and auto immune conditions can be triggered by foods, toxins bad bacteria and can wreak havoc any where in the body. A girl I know who has lupos and nearly died told me her lupos was triggered off by a sun holiday, sunshine can trigger lupos , a close friend of mine triggered off irritable bowel disease when giving up smoking etc etc. If we never ate huge tubs of whey we could eat whey in foods in small amounts but not anymore when your body remembers and locks onto it. If this is the case steroids would help. If its not an immune reaction its some other f-ck up in the stomach and gut because that is where this starts...but most of your immune system is in your gut....

I checked the website and it has changed again, now there's no mention of whey or vegetable oil just says allergies milk and gluten? So be careful with ingredients not always written on it...
