I am not sure which one I should use for muscle gain, whey or soy proteins. There were so many stories about differences and similar things in those two kinds of protein supplements. If you have any knowledge about this matter, I will appreciate if you share it with me. I look kind a skinny and I need some muscles to gain. So, whey vs soy?

You are right when you say that there is to many gossip about this. Personally, I prefer and use more whey proteins than soy. My wife told me that soy is basically womens protein because of big content of estrogens in it. It is true that soy has ability to decrease total cholesterol in your blood and triglycerides, too. So, it is up to you which one you will use. And about muscle gain, both proteins are good.
