I am preparing for this competition and I think I need some protein supplements to make further progress. Is whey protein supplement good for any further action? What ratio of grams per pound of body weight protein do you try to get each day.

I take Natural whey,. If you will find it gaining less mass, try later reflex instant mass. Besides that proper nutrition: turkey, chicken, fish!
