Let me post my story and you can decide for yourself. I took around 10 scoops of whey back in August 2016. For a month I was having no libido and then I stumbled upon this forum. I have read most of the comments here and decided to take b12. With one tablet, I completely recovered. I mean back to normal.
After 2 months I drank whole milk one day and again had a set back. Donated blood and was feeling better but no recovery. I was going through some symptoms like having libido when you sleep and as soon as I woke up, no libido. Some days no morning wood at all. The vitamin b1: was not helping much either.
After couple of months, I went somewhere for a vacation. It was really cold and I was shivering. To my surprise, I found I completely recovered without any tablets. I was on vacation for 3 days only.
After 3 months, I again had a setback because I ate cheese by mistake. I have been always avoided milk products and whey till then. For the past 2 months, I have made panel of blood test and panel of hormone tests. There was nothing abnormal in them. The only test that revealed something was FSH hormone was bit low. My endocrinologist said it was fine.
But I researched online and found that chronic inflammation can be a reason for that. Chronic inflammation can also give you erectile dysfunction.
To give you background about myself, I am software engineer. I do yoga and breathing exercises. But they do not really help me in being normal again.
Last week, after the results came, I went on a full anti inflammatory diet. In 3 days, I had morning wood naturally, something which I did not have for the past 2 months.
I m just saying if this works for me, this should work for many people on this forum.
I take a cold shower in the morning.
Drink green tea.
Eat lots of beans.
There is more than this, but this to give an idea to people. I thank people on this forum as well. Because I would not have known I was affected by whey protein if I did not stumble here.

I went jogging for about 1 hour and it really helps
when i got that weird reaction from the protein shakes i noticed i had more bloating around the stomach and it made my penis shrink but when i do a lot of cardio it seems to help but only a little
Just saying, maybe our solution here is to try and remove as much fat off our bodies as possible ?
Does anyone else see improvement when they do cardio?
