Its quite easy hun just take a nice relaxing bath then in to your room lay naked on your bed and start by thinking of something that turns you on then put your hand between your legs and start by softly and slowly rubbing your lips then as you feel yourself getting more turned on and wetter make sure your finger is wet and you can either just slip your finger between your lips and rub your clit or spread your lips hug the other hand and rub your clit.
