I don't know of this is an infection or anything bad cause I only just noticed it, I pulled my foreskin right back in the shower and I noticed there was some yellow scab or something on the side of my penis, I couldn't get it off with the running water and I had to use a wash cloth to get it off and it was all stuck together, please tell me what this is and if it's anything to be alarmed about
