On my penis I have little spots I googled it and I think there called fordyces spots they look exactly like these

I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to reduce them or get rid of them completely
My second issue is that my penis curves downwards when its erect, it just makes me kind of nervous knowing that there are these two things if I want to do anything with girls and they might laugh or tell people.
i wouldn't worry about the curve, mine curves to the left, and girls love it. as far as the spots, that is no big deal either. i shave, so i have spots too, and never had an issue. if you like i can share a pic for reference.
