I'm 17 years old and I have noticed both my testicles seem to have a dull aching feeling sometimes, it seems to be worse when I am seated or when lying down and it varies from side to side. I have also noticed a small bump only a few mm in diameter, however I'm pretty sure it's been there for almost a year.

I went to the doctors to get it checked out as I had the same feeling about 10 months ago, I got an ultra sound and went to a urologist who assured me that they were just inflamed and I had nothing to worry about.

I am extremely paranoid that I may have cancer, so should I be worrying or is it just normal?
