I have this disorder from birth. I'm am in my early 30's.
When I urinate, my penis balloons filling all the urine into the bladder(i guess). Flow is normal.
I could feel the urine flow while holding it (From underneath the skin).
Sometimes I have to control the ballooning due to scare of it might burst...It's been expanding my penis skin over the years.
I did many searches on internet but found no good information for such kind of issue.. Do I have a rear disorder or am I the only one in the world having this?

Hi there,
I will ask your first are you circumcised? If I am not mistaking people who are not circumcised experience similar things as you have described in your post. Have you noticed any infection in your urine? You could try to test your urine and see if you have any infections in your urinary tract. If you have this problems and you see a doctor I think that the doctor will most likely suggest that you perform circumcision. Now I don’t know do you know much about this but circumcision is performed to remove the foreskin of your penis. If you do this you can avoid further problems with ballooning and with infections that you might have.

I am 30 and do have the same problem since child hood. My urine flows freely with the balloning of foreskin and from small aperture at the tip. As soon as the urine is emptied foreskin returns to normal.
