Hello,

am new to this site. I have been recently married. Am very much interested in sports. Hence i do regular skipping (using rope) / jumping exercises to keep myself fit.

Now i have a doubt whether these kind of exercises will have effects on child birth and affect my utreus. As we are planning to have a child in a year's time.

Pls suggest whether can i continue this exercise or need i stop....

These are good exercises to keep yourself fit but you won't be able to do them once you get pregnant. This is something you should talk to your doctor when you get pregnant.

For pregnancy exercises, I would suggest you tried yoga or pilates. Buy yourself a book or a dvd, and you'll have a blast and feel all the benefits of these exercises.
