5 days ago one of my Fordyce spots started to swell up, now it is painful to touch and is getting larger I have never had sex or any sexuel contact and am wondering if this is a problem or not? Picture of it here.

Hi nel, looked at the pic of it and it looks like it could be infected, where about exactly is it because hard to tell from the pic :-)

It could an just an ordinary spot try putting a hot compress on it then squeeze it then once you pop it put antiseptic cream or something like that on it and it should get better :-)

And should I really try popping it I've heard that one should never pop a Fordyce?
It won't hurt to do it and it will also take the pain away just as long as you keep it clean.
