Yesterday I noticed that I had one bump on my left labia, and it definitely was sore. I thought maybe it was an ingrown hair, so I wasn't too concerned. But today I noticed when I sat down and crossed my legs it was painful, so I checked and saw that the left labia was very enlarged, and was much bigger than my right.

I have no idea what is going on and I'm very concerned. I looked at other posts on this site, and they all say different things. If at all possible i'd like to figure this out, without a doctor.
