Has your left testicle always been bigger than your right one? Left testicles are usually bigger and longer than the right ones.
However, if your left testicle started getting bigger recently then you should have it checked.
There are a few options that could make one’s testicle bigger than another and they include tumor mass, enlarged veins, hernia, an infection or a hydrocele.

Most of these things are accompanied by other symptoms except maybe tumors and hydrocele.
Most tumor develop a lump that one could feel during testicular examination but I have been reading about a guy who went to check for a minor swelling and was found a tumor.
Hydroceles are just fluid filled cysts that could make your testicle look bigger.

If there is a change to what you had before, I would advise you to have it checked by an urologist.
