Sometimes when I have an erection for more than a couple minutes my body decides to release a little bit of sperm. I am kind of worried about this as it has been happening more frequently. It mainly happens whenever I speak with my girlfriend and hold hands/cuddle. I don't know if it matters, but I am a virgin still.
i dont know how old you are but im guessing your a teen. this is natural. your body is so induced with hormones is causes things you dont intend to happen
I am nearly 17 and I just hate it. It makes me feel terrible that this happens.
